A company is looking for a Registration Scheduler for a remote position in the N. Valley Gastro department. Key Responsibilities Acts as the first point of contact for customers, managing clerical and administrative duties Handles scheduling for patient appointments and tracks no-shows while communicating with physicians Performs registration duties, including obtaining insurance authorizations and maintaining patient charts in compliance with HIPAA Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required Must have or be eligible for a Fingerprint Clearance Card Must reside within the State of Arizona Experience in clerical and administrative support roles is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is advantageous
