Senior Support Technician
A company is looking for a Senior Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Business Central and other solutions
Provide expert-level support for finance-related system functionalities and assist customers with financial modules and reporting
Independently troubleshoot complex system issues and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a technical support role with Microsoft Business Central
Strong accounting knowledge, including payroll and financial reporting
Experience troubleshooting ERP systems, particularly finance-related functionalities
Proven ability to work independently and resolve issues proactively
Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
