A company is looking for a Service Agent I - PT. Key Responsibilities: Contact blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation and update donor records Schedule appointments and provide a positive service experience to maximize donor show rates Maintain accurate records of donors contacted and appointments scheduled to ensure sufficient donor availability Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum one year of related experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center Proficient in using multiple computer applications simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Must commit to 90 days of uninterrupted employment and one of the specified schedules Prior sales or negotiation experience is a plus
