Associate Renewals Manager
A company is looking for an Associate Renewals Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the renewals process, identifying upsell opportunities and negotiating contract terms
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Provide renewal forecasts and reports, highlighting trends and risks
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewals Management
Experience with project management and change management
Ability to establish new processes
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Confluence is a plus
