Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage revenue cycle functions, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections Mentor and provide operational oversight for the Billing Coordinator and staff development Monitor trends and operational deficiencies through statistical reports and implement corrective actions Required Qualifications High school graduate or GED equivalent 3 years of previous hospital billing experience Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated insurance billing Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred 2 years of Medicare hospital billing experience preferred
