Key Responsibilities Partner with Data Science and Engineering to build models measuring the impact of Growth and Marketing initiatives Lead analysis on promotional campaigns, including A/B testing and incrementality studies Deliver actionable recommendations based on data to inform business decisions and optimize campaigns Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing analytics or a related role Proficient in SQL (intermediate to advanced level) with experience in BI platforms Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving insights Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and represent data insights across teams
