A company is looking for an IT Technician who will support the Information Management department and provide AV/IT assistance in hybrid/virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities Provide AV/IT assistance in hybrid/virtual meetings Troubleshoot hardware/software problems and assist staff using Windows laptops/desktops Provide first level tier support for the helpdesk and manage inventory of computing equipment Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in tier 1 IT support Experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop client computers Familiarity with Microsoft Windows/Office and O365 applications Help Desk/User Support experience over the phone and in person A+ certification is highly desirable
