Key Responsibilities Lead the Medicare Set Aside team to ensure timely and cost-effective MSA product delivery Ensure overall customer satisfaction regarding MSA products and meet monthly production goals Complete regular reports and adhere to established documentation standards and procedures Required Qualifications MSCC certification and an active RN License Knowledge of Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements and case management standards Possess a 2-year degree or equivalent; higher education or additional training preferred Proficiency in computer software applications including MS Office Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced service environment
