California Licensed Process Excellence Advisor
A company is looking for a Process Excellence Advisor III to lead and support process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and consult on medium- to large-scale process improvement projects in collaboration with organizational partners
Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer for business partners and junior advisors
Support Business Process Management objectives through the development of process architecture and metrics
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Health Care Administration, or related field, with five years of process improvement experience
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation or similar accreditation in process improvement
Experience in healthcare process improvement, including knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and managed care systems
Strong facilitation and elicitation skills for effective information discovery
Knowledge of project management principles and change management practices
