California Licensed Senior Program Officer
A company is looking for a Senior Program Officer, Workforce Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a portfolio of workforce development initiatives and special projects
Manage partnerships with workforce development stakeholders and support fundraising efforts
Serve as project manager for grant-funded workforce development initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications:
University degree in social science, public administration, community development, business, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social service or economic development programming
At least 3 years of experience working with workforce development partners
Experience in developing healthcare career pathway programs for English Language Learner populations
Demonstrated knowledge of the California Community College System and related educational programs
