A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to empower and elevate its Product, Data, & Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the talent strategy for the Product, Data, & Engineering organizations and advise leaders on people-related strategy
Manage performance management processes and provide strategic guidance on talent development
Act as an employee champion, leading efforts to create a supportive culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR experience in a technology environment
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of engineering and product team dynamics
Experience with Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of California state and federal employment laws
