Carrier Account Manager

A company is looking for a Carrier Account Manager (Remote in US). Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with commercial insurance carriers Prepare and manage budgets and revenue expectations for assigned carriers Analyze claims data and identify new recovery opportunities to increase revenue Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree is required; additional certifications in coding, billing, or practice management are a plus 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with Medicaid/Medicare Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and CMS regulations, as well as HIPAA requirements Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience with Anthem Payor and/or Availity Vendor is a significant plus
