A company is looking for a Civil Estimator who will manage budgets, review plans, and negotiate with contractors and vendors. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a standardized estimate cost reporting framework Review and validate project scope, highlighting deviations and cost impacts Prepare and deliver high-level estimates for program planning and capital expenditure forecasting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of cost management or estimating experience for civil projects Experience with complex commercial projects, such as laboratories and medical facilities (preferred) Proficient in CostX and Google Suite, with strong capabilities in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends
