A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Adjuster, Remote (EST/CST). Key Responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury and assess coverage, liability, and damages Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels and negotiate fair injury settlements Maintain accurate documentation and records of claims processes and decisions Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in claims, preferably in Casualty Bodily Injury claims Experience in claims investigation and negotiation Knowledge of liability investigations and coverage assessment Ability to work independently in a remote environment Must reside in Eastern or Central time zones
