Claims Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Head of Claims Operations. Key Responsibilities Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of claims operational support services Lead and mentor the Claims Operations team while managing performance and quality reviews Develop and maintain business processes, procedures, and service level agreements for claims support services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; insurance certifications (AIC, CPCU, ARM or similar) are a plus Advanced experience in insurance industry operational/shared services support preferred Claims handling and/or management experience is a plus Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Broad understanding of application development and support technologies
