Client Experience Coordinator
A company is looking for a Coordinator I, Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding and ensure expectations are met through effective communication and support
Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and facilitate issue resolution
Assist in project discussions and process improvements to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Science related field, or High School Diploma with relevant experience
One year of experience in an IRB, health-related field, or clinical research
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office products and CRM software
Sales/business development experience is preferred
Knowledge of clinical research and understanding of FDA regulations is a plus
