Client Experience Coordinator
A company is looking for a Coordinator II, Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain successful client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Conduct onboarding and provide ongoing support and training for new clients
Manage project discussions, process improvements, and resolution of client issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a science-related field, or a high school diploma with four years of industry experience
Two years of experience in an IRB, health-related field, or clinical research
Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office products and CRM software
Sales or business development experience preferred
