A company is looking for a Client Service Support Specialist to assist clients with operational inquiries. Key Responsibilities Service existing client needs via inbound/outbound calls and email inquiries Liaise with clients, Wealth Advisors, Operations Team, and broker-dealer custodian regarding operational inquiries Deliver a responsive client experience by taking ownership and providing accurate information Required Qualifications HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services Strong customer service background with an understanding of operational and investment needs Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
