A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts and HR. Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards Enhance and streamline legal workflows to improve contracting processes and support departmental initiatives Advise on compliance and legal issues related to HR and commercial operations to mitigate risks Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in contract law and commercial law with HR-related legal matters Experience drafting and negotiating complex Managed Service Provider and Software as a Service (SaaS) contracts Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
