Commercial Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee contract management and compliance. Key Responsibilities Review and approve contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements Lead negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle, including monitoring compliance and key milestones Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide training on contract management best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of contract-related experience Experience managing full scope of contract support from kick-off to close-out activities Ability to maintain security clearance as required Advanced Degree and direct experience in DoD or military contracting preferred Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) is a plus
