Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Deploy and configure hardware and software for a seamless client experience
Document client interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
Required Qualifications
Experience with mobile device operating systems, including iOS and Android
Certifications in end-user technology and support operations are a plus
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems and understanding of network infrastructure
Continuous learning mindset with a desire to enhance technical skills
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
