Key Responsibilities: Curate and aggregate engaging content to drive audience interaction and repeat visits Collaborate with newsroom staff to optimize content for search visibility and engagement Monitor media channels for breaking news and trending content to enhance audience loyalty Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least two years of experience in a newsroom focused on content optimization and SEO strategies Ability to make quick decisions and think tactically and strategically Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Experience with SEO tools like NewsDashboard or Conductor Searchlight is a plus
