A company is looking for a Contract & Proposal Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire Request for Proposals (RFP) process, including analysis and coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Oversee the contract process, ensuring collaboration across various departments to prepare, review, and negotiate contracts Facilitate client meetings and develop strategies for contract delivery and signature Required Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in a CRO or similar environment Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or equivalent; MBA preferred Broad experience in proposals and contract management, including knowledge of contractual terms and pricing structures Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work irregular hours to meet proposal deadlines
