Key Responsibilities Lead teams in operational and regulatory compliance quality control testing across various US Treasury businesses Develop and maintain testing plans and strategies, including automation for operational and compliance testing Coordinate quality assurance testing programs and oversee the resolution of audit and regulatory issues Required Qualifications 4-year degree or equivalent progressive work experience 10+ years of related experience in commercial business lines and credit risk management Previous management experience with a focus on coaching and training staff Strong project management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively Experience in designing and delivering training to diverse audiences
