Customer Success Onboarding Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a scalable onboarding strategy to reduce time-to-value for new customers
Create and maintain onboarding playbooks, documentation, and training materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the onboarding experience and track key onboarding metrics
Required Qualifications
Four-year college degree, preferably in a technical field such as management information systems or information technology
Basic knowledge of networking principles and application protocols
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and Gainsight's Customer Success Platform or similar
Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and execute established Customer Success programs
