Customer Success Quote Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Success Quote Analyst to manage renewal quoting activities and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive effectiveness and reduce time spent on renewal quote creation
Create, review, amend, and track customer renewal agreements for all products and services
Collaborate with Renewal and Licensing teams to ensure timely and accurate quoting processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years' experience in an Operations or Product role within a B2B organization
Experience in Customer Success Operations, Contract Creation, or similar roles
Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with Gainsight, NetSuite, and Walk-Me is desirable
Ability to effectively use business tools such as e-mail and spreadsheets
Experience in identifying process gaps and improving business processes
