Dealer Partner Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Dealer Partner Support Specialist who will work directly with dealership partners to maintain and enhance their program experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize program configurations for dealership partners using the company's platform
Respond to internal and external client inquiries, ensuring adherence to established service level agreements
Proactively identify opportunities for program enhancements and mitigate performance risks
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Support and/or Account Management roles
2-3 years of experience with SaaS solutions and integrations
Familiarity with car dealership business models is preferred
Experience with APIs, JSON, and website programming (CSS & HTML) is strongly preferred
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Postman is considered an asset
