Key Responsibilities Oversee department leadership and ensure adequate staffing for denials and A/R inventory Manage and audit inventory, including reconciliations and client reporting Participate in client meetings and ensure revenue targets and performance standards are met Required Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within denials and A/R management Extensive background in training and coaching team members Deep understanding of workflows and high-dollar/complex claims Experience in managing high inventory levels effectively Familiarity with multiple computer systems and hospital collection systems
