Digitization Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract). Key Responsibilities Conduct research and gather customer feedback to address issues and drive customer acceleration Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to align solution implementation timelines Develop training content to enable teams in accelerating customer integration Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field with 4+ to 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or process improvement Experience with SAP suite of products such as IBP and SAP Ariba Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale change in a matrixed organization Strong project management and process improvement skills
