Director of Customer Services
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Field Services to lead service operations and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize internal service operations, including call center support and field service scheduling
Oversee a high-performing customer service team, focusing on response time and satisfaction metrics
Build and scale a national network of field service technicians for timely in-home service and repairs
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service or service delivery leadership
At least 2 years of management experience with team leadership
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with order management systems
Experience in the DME, healthcare, or mobility services industry preferred
