Key Responsibilities Lead the development of demand forecasts using statistical models and machine learning tools Implement AI-powered forecasting solutions and automate demand planning processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on demand plans and support company objectives Required Qualifications Master's degree in data science, applied statistics, economics, finance, or engineering; PhD is a plus 7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics roles, preferably in DTC, retail, or CPG Proficiency in forecasting and statistical tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Python Demonstrated success in leading S&OP processes and aligning cross-functional teams Strong project management skills and experience in leading change initiatives
