North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Agent
A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers regarding insurance products and services
Support customer inquiries related to coverage, billing issues, and policy reviews
Assist customers in setting up new claim reports and provide additional product offerings
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training available for licensing
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in customer service preferred
