Director of Field Learning
A company is looking for a Director of Field Learning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of training programs for financial advisors and field leaders
Collaborate with senior field leaders to drive advisor production, retention, and readiness
Develop and implement a comprehensive field leader development program to enhance effectiveness across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, human resources/learning and development, or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in the insurance/financial services industry
Experience in leading large-scale change and executing distribution/sales-based training
In-depth knowledge of instructional design, financial products, and leadership development
Series 7/66 licenses preferred
