Director of Global Deployment Support
A company is looking for a Director - Global Deployment Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary BTO Deployment contact for CEC and Loyalty partners, developing tailored support solutions
Monitor deployment-related problems and ensure adherence to Problem Management processes
Support the execution of the Deployment support model and transition plan to Business As Usual (BAU)
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and certifications
5+ years of IT leadership experience in Service Support or related fields
Proven leadership experience with global end-user service support
Experience in process design, integration, and automation in complex environments
Strong understanding of ServiceNow and O365 products, particularly Excel and Power BI
