Pharmacy Member Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Advocate to join their remote operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to inbound calls from members regarding their pharmacy benefits
Establish and maintain relationships with members to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally
Provide information and resolve issues to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume contact center environment
Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required
Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required
1+ years of Pharmacy and/or Health Care experience is preferred
