Director of Onboarding
A company is looking for a Director of Onboarding, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure high customer utilization and successful onboarding
Design and improve the onboarding customer journey while standardizing processes and training materials
Monitor onboarding performance metrics and implement strategies for risk mitigation and customer retention
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership position
Experience in SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
Demonstrated experience in developing customer onboarding strategies to enhance retention and growth
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
