Engagement Center Representative
A company is looking for an Engagement Center Rep 1 (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing information and resolving inquiries
Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and document interactions accurately
Identify emergent calls and escalate them to the appropriate staff for triaging or resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Graduate
Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area
Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer needs
No licensure or certification required
