Senior Survivability Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Survivability Analyst to mentor student interns and enhance defense capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor student interns in the Applied Research for the Intelligence and Security Community program
Collaborate with military stakeholders and academic partners to align analytical efforts with operational needs
Drive innovation in test methodologies and prepare high-quality technical reports for senior leaders
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience in ballistic testing or defense-related research
Demonstrated expertise in live fire testing and survivability modeling
Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and test evaluation
Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior professionals
