ERP Support Manager
A company is looking for an ERP Support Manager (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities Lead a team providing technical support and oversee daily operations of the ERP support team Manage relationships with third-party vendors and handle onboarding/offboarding activities Proactively monitor the ERP system for performance issues and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures Qualifications Deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Workday Leadership experience in managing a technical support team Project management skills for coordinating system updates and maintenance Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
