Estimating Adoption Lead
A company is looking for an Estimating Adoption Lead. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Implementation Lead to define objectives and adoption plans Engage proactively with clients to drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction Act as a liaison between customers and the product team, supporting data management and ERP integrations Required Qualifications: Strong project management skills focused on timely execution and successful outcomes Experience with Purchasing and Estimating, homebuilding ERP & CRM systems Familiarity with the AEC industry and/or Vertical SaaS is preferred Proven track record in customer relationship management and achieving high customer satisfaction Experience collaborating with Product teams to shape new product features and manage customer expectations
