Estimator Dry Utilities

A company is looking for an Estimator, Dry Utilities. Key Responsibilities Review plans and details, perform take-offs, prepare costing, and write proposals for submission Draft and submit questions to clients for clarification to ensure comprehensive proposals Solicit material vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all materials and services are quoted accurately Required Qualifications A.S. or B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent preferred Basic math skills with an understanding of material types and labor/equipment resources Understanding of production-based bidding is mandatory Industry knowledge of duct bank installation and backfilling processes Familiarity with Bluebeam and Excel; InEight software experience preferred but not required
