Experienced Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
Engage callers in friendly conversations while collecting and inputting lead information into the client's CRM
Follow account-specific instructions for scripted verbiage, appointment scheduling, and call dispatch procedures
Identify and escalate issues, maintain call control, and meet productivity goals while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high-volume in-person or remote call center
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy

High school diploma or equivalent required
