Facilities Customer Service Coordinator
A company is looking for a Facilities Customer Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure effective coordination of work
Conduct daily walkthroughs to maintain organized facilities and respond to work orders in a timely manner
Assist in procurement, budget analysis, and coordination of site amenities and events
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with CMMS/work order systems
Ability to multitask and work independently under time constraints
Capability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds
