Key Responsibilities
Oversee and evolve global total rewards function for 1200+ employees
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies
Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in total rewards, including global experience
In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and global employment laws
Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems
Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP preferred
