Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic vision for brand sponsorships that aligns with business goals
Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value sponsorship opportunities with relevant brands and events
Oversee the activation and execution of sponsorships, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
15+ years of experience in brand marketing, sponsorship, or partnership management
Strong negotiation skills with experience in securing high-profile sponsorships
Experience managing sponsorship agencies and vendors
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
