A company is looking for a Host Family Recruiter to identify and recruit host families for international high school students in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Actively recruit host families in communities near partner F1 private high schools Share program details and guide families through the application process Conduct screenings and verify references of prospective host families Qualifications & Skills: Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or community outreach preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple applicants Comfortable conducting phone interviews and reference checks Familiarity with international student exchange programs is a plus Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online application systems
