A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Science & Research. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee research initiatives to enhance data capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance Build and manage team operations, including process development and performance management Act as a scientific advisor and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and efficiency Required Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field such as Chemistry, Toxicology, or Environmental Science 7+ years of experience in scientific research or regulatory compliance Proven experience leading scientific teams and managing research projects in regulated industries Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FDA and EU REACH Experience in consumer goods, food, or sustainability sectors is highly preferred
