Human Resources Analyst
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Analyst to support various HR functions in a part-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ongoing HRIS system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-hire tasks and reference checks
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events to enhance employee engagement
Required Qualifications
HR experience at a generalist or assistant level with knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Strong technical skills, including experience with Google Workspace and HRIS systems
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Experience in HR data management and auditing
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
