A company is looking for an Insurance Agent who will assist customers by providing information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements Manages incoming contacts regarding customer questions, complaints, and general inquiries Analyzes and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts Required Qualifications 2 years of sales, customer service, call center, or relevant experience Must have and maintain Property & Casualty License, or must obtain within 45 days of hire Understanding of federal and state regulations for compliance Knowledge of customer service policies and product offerings Ability to participate in solution innovation and sales efforts
