Key Responsibilities Teach graduate-level School Counseling courses and supervise graduate practicum, internship, and research work Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, materials, and instructional methods Participate in monthly meetings with department chairs to ensure ongoing assessment and curriculum development for the School Counseling program Required Qualifications Earned Master's degree in counselor education, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program Sustained memberships in professional school counseling organizations Active K-8 and 5-12 licensure as a school counselor in Iowa Ongoing professional development and engagement as a school counselor in Iowa schools
