IT Branch Manager
A company is looking for an IT Branch Manager to oversee technology initiatives and service delivery within the IT Support Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Technology Engagement & Communications Branch, including personnel management and performance evaluations
Drive IT service innovation and establish customer success strategies to enhance user engagement
Develop performance metrics to assess IT service delivery effectiveness and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Eight to ten years of experience in program or information technology management
At least eight years of experience in systems support or development, with six years in a leadership role
Knowledge of public administration principles, including procurement and project management
Ability to manage multi-million-dollar annual budgets
